A single 1:1 session can bring a settling from shock, and can also be the beginning of a longer journey of 1:1 work together.

1:1 Session Series : Somatic Experiencing®
This foundational 1:1 session series focuses on the most important aspect of healing: nervous system regulation. You'll join me for 1:1 sessions, online or in-person in Canford Cliffs, Dorset, with access to recorded educational content and support by email or whatsapp inbetween sessions to deeply understand your nervous system and begin getting into the driver's seat of it. A gentle, holistic process of trauma recovery and self-connection.
