Move, feel, and heal — together
A steady movement practice gives your nervous system a place to breathe.
Gentle Qigong flows, somatic micro-moves, and slow, strength-building yoga help you notice sensations, follow your own pacing, and meet your body with friendliness. Over time, you’ll build interoceptive awareness – the ability to feel what’s happening inside – and that becomes the foundation for nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.
Whether you’re completely new to movement or already working 1:1 with me, these classes offer a warm, welcoming space to explore what it’s like to move with curiosity and care. They're also a beautiful way to stay connected to your body between sessions.
Why join?
Regulate in real time – short, guided practices show your body how to shift from stuck patterns into more ease.
Practise choice and pacing – you decide when to rest, when to soften, and when to add challenge.
Strengthen mind-body connection – learn to notice early signals of stress or overwhelm and respond gently.
Accessible for every body – use props, stay off camera, or adapt movements to suit your needs.
Trauma-informed guidance – each session includes simple nervous system education so you know why a particular move can help.

A gentle note
These classes are a supportive space for grounding, movement, and reconnecting with your body — but they are not a replacement for therapy.
They can be a beautiful complement to your personal healing work, especially if you're exploring nervous system regulation or already in 1:1 support.
If you're looking for deeper, individual guidance around trauma recovery or emotional processing, you’re warmly invited to visit the 1:1 session series page to learn more about how we might work together.

— Abi, regular online attendee
“Charlotte is a dedicated, conscientious and compassionate teacher. She puts a class instantly at ease and takes the time to investigate and respond to our individual needs. Her sensitive, intelligent approach has helped me improve my understanding and my practice. Would highly recommend.”
